JSW Infra Initial public offering: जेएसडब्ल्यू ग्रुप में 13 साल बाद खुल रहा कमाई का मौका, जानिए क्या इशारा दे रहा GMP

आईपीओ मार्केट में पैसा लगाने वालों के लिए आज एक बेहतरीन मौका खुल रहा है। सज्जन जिंदल की अगुवाई वाला जिंदल ग्रुप 13 साल बाद कोई आईपीओ लेकर आ रहा है। इससे पहले ग्रुप 2010 में आईपीओ लाया था।

नई दिल्ली: आईपीओ में पैसा लगाने वालों के लिए आज कमाई का एक मौका खुल रहा है। पोर्ट हैंडलिंग कंपनी जेएसडब्ल्यू इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड (JSW Framework Restricted) का 2,800 करोड़ रुपये का आईपीओ सोमवार यानी 25 सितंबर को खुल रहा है। कंपनी ने इसके लिए प्राइस बैंड 113 से 119 रुपये प्रति शेयर तय किया है। इस पर 27 सितंबर तक बोली लगाई जा सकती है। यह कंपनी जेएसडब्ल्यू ग्रुप की कंपनी है और देश की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी कमर्शियल पोर्ट ऑपरेटर है। जून 2023 को समाप्त तिमाही में कंपनी का रेवेन्यू सात फीसदी बढ़कर 878 करोड़ रुपये और नेट प्रॉफिट 68 फीसदी बढ़कर 322 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। जेएसडब्ल्यू ग्रुप की किसी कंपनी का 13 साल बाद आईपीओ आ रहा है। यह ग्रुप का तीसरा आईपीओ है। इससे पहले ग्रुप का आईपीओ साल 2010 में जेएसडब्लू एनर्जी लिमिटेड का आया था।

सज्जन जिंदल की अगुवाई वाले जेएसडब्लू ग्रुप का कारोबार सीमेंट, पेंट, वेंचर कैपिटल और स्पोटर्स में फैला हुआ है। जेएसडब्ल्यू इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर में ज्यादातर हिस्सेदारी सज्जन जिंदल और उनके परिवार की है। यह पूरा आईपीओ फ्रैश इश्यू होगा। जून 2023 तक कंपनी के नौ बंदरगाहों की स्थापित कार्गो हैंडलिंग क्षमता 158.43 एमटीपीए है। कंपनी इस इश्यू से मिली रकम का इस्तेमाल कर्ज चुकाने, कैपिटल खर्च और अन्य सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए करेगी। ग्रे मार्केट में कंपनी के अनलिस्टेड शेयर 18-19 रुपये के प्रीमियम के साथ ट्रेड कर रहा है।

कितने पैसे लगाने होंगे

इस इश्यू का 75 फीसदी योग्य संस्थागत खरीदारों के लिए, 15 फीसदी गैर-संस्थागत निवेशकों के लिए और 10 फीसदी खुदरा निवेशकों के लिए रिजर्व है। मिनिमम 126 शेयरों के लिए बोली लगाई जा सकती है। यानी रिटेल इन्वेस्टर्स को कम से कम 14,994 रुपये इन्वेस्ट करने होंगे। इस इश्यू के लिए JM Monetary, Hub Capital, Credit Suisse Protections, DAM Capital Consultants, HSBC Protections, ICICI Protections, Kotak Mahindra Capital और SBI Capital बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर हैं। KFin Innovations को रजिस्ट्रार बनाया गया है।


आईपीओ से पहले कंपनी ने एंकर निवेशकों से 1260 करोड़ रुपये जुटाए। कंपनी ने 119 रुपये के भाव पर एंकर निवेशकों को 10,58,82,352 शेयर अलॉट किए। इसमें 11 म्युचुअल फंड्स ने भी हिस्सा लिया। जहां तक एफपीआई की बात है तो सिंगापुर सरकार को एंकर प्लेसमेंट का 5.6 परसेंट और द मॉनीटरी अथॉरिटी ऑफ सिंगापुर को एक परसेंट अलॉट किया गया। इसके साथ ही मॉर्गन स्टेनली को एंकर पोर्शन के 3.5 परसेंट और गोल्डमैन सैश को 0.4 परसेंट शेयर मिले। सुनील सिंघानिया की अगुवाई वाले Abakkus Venture को करीब दो परसेंट शेयर दिए गए हैं।
